Why was my course rejected?

Rejections always come with specific feedback. The most common reasons are audio quality, content depth, and pricing.

A rejection isn't a verdict on you as an instructor — most courses pass review after one round of changes. The rejection email lists every issue we found. Address them and resubmit; there's no penalty.

Most common reasons

  • Audio quality — hiss, echo, or inconsistent volume
  • Content depth — too thin for the listed price or category
  • Insufficient hands-on practice for a technical course
  • Course image or promo video missing or off-spec
  • Pricing significantly out of line with similar courses

Fixing and resubmitting

  1. Open the rejection email — every issue is listed with a fix.
  2. Open your course editor and address each item.
  3. Re-record only the affected lectures (no need to redo the whole course).
  4. Click Submit for review again.
