How does instructor payment work?

Learnfly pays instructors monthly. Set up your payout method and tax forms once and we'll handle the rest automatically.

Set up payouts

1. Go to Instructor dashboard → Payments → Payout method.
2. Choose Bank transfer (preferred) or PayPal.
3. Add the destination details and verify with a test deposit.
4. Complete the tax form (W-9 for US, W-8 for non-US).

When do I get paid

Payouts run on the 15th of every month for earnings cleared in the previous month. We email an itemized statement when each payout is sent.

Minimum payout threshold

The minimum payout is $50. Earnings below the threshold roll over to the next month — there's no expiration.
