Video playback issues usually fall into one of three buckets: browser, network, or the video itself. Walk through the checklist below in order — most learners are unblocked by step three.
Quick checklist
- Refresh the page (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R for a hard refresh).
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox).
- Clear cookies and cache for learnfly.com.
- Switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data (or vice versa) — corporate networks sometimes block streaming.
- Disable browser extensions, especially ad blockers and VPNs.
