This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for both Single Course Purchases and Learnfly Subscription Plans.
1. Single Course Purchases
Learnfly may offer individual courses for one-time purchase.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests for single course purchases must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date or last charge date.
After the 7-day refund period has expired, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, learners must contact Learnfly Support through one of the following channels:

Refund requests submitted through these channels will be reviewed by our support team.
Refund Approval
Approved refunds will generally be processed back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.
Non-Refundable Purchases
Refunds will not be provided when:
- More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date.
- The refund request is not submitted through an official Learnfly support channel.
- Fraudulent or abusive refund activity is detected.
2. Learnfly Subscription Plans
Learnfly offers monthly and annual subscription plans that provide access to a library of online courses and learning content.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests for subscription charges must be submitted within 7 days of the most recent subscription charge date.
After the 7-day refund period has expired, subscription charges become non-refundable.
This policy applies to:
- Monthly Subscription Plans
- Annual Subscription Plans
- Promotional Subscription Plans
- Membership-Based Learning Plans
How to Request a Refund
Learners may request a refund by contacting Learnfly Support through:

3. Subscription Cancellation
Learners may cancel their subscription at any time.
Subscriptions can be cancelled directly from the Learnfly Dashboard by navigating to Account Settings → Manage Billing → Cancel Subscription.
Alternatively, learners may contact Learnfly Support through:

for assistance with subscription cancellation.
4. What Happens After Cancellation?
When a subscription is cancelled:
- No future subscription payments will be charged.
- The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- Learners will continue to have access to all included courses and learning content until the subscription period expires.
Once the current subscription period ends:
- Access to subscription-based courses will be removed.
- Access to course videos, projects, quizzes, assignments, and learning materials included in the subscription will no longer be available.
5. Certificate Access After Cancellation
Even after a subscription has ended, learners will continue to have access to:
- Previously earned Certificates of Completion
- Certificate download functionality
- Certificate sharing features
Certificates that were successfully earned before the subscription expiration date will remain available within the learner dashboard.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Learners are encouraged to contact Learnfly Support before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank, credit card provider, or payment processor.
Learnfly reserves the right to suspend or restrict account access while payment disputes are being investigated.
7. Policy Abuse
Learnfly reserves the right to deny refund requests where fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or excessive refund activity is detected.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Repeated refund requests
- Abuse of promotional offers
- Unauthorized account activity
- Violations of Learnfly Terms of Use
